For the last 4 years, he served as Head of Backend, where he built and led a team that designed system architectures for large and scalable applications. As an expert, he worked on projects such as Wealthon and Wolves Summit, where he participated in creating systems for the finance and manufacturing industries. His portfolio also includes experience with the latest technologies—from JavaScript, .NET, PHP, and Python to DevOps, cloud computing, automation, and developing innovative solutions that bring a breath of fresh air. As CTO at Escola, Maciej is responsible for creating a long-term vision for technology development, with an emphasis on knowledge exchange and collaborative decision-making. He co-responsible for implementing the ISO 27001 standard, ensuring data security in a way that becomes a natural part of the organization's culture. A graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology, Maciej combines technological expertise with a passion for sharing knowledge with the team, creating an environment where everyone can grow and implement innovative ideas.
