ALK professor Aleksandra Przegalińska, PhD, a researcher in the development of new technologies, especially artificial intelligence, has joined the Supervisory Board of Escola S.A. This is another strengthening of the team of experts, thanks to which the company assumes even more dynamic development. At the beginning of March, Dr Maciej Madzinski, formerly Managing Director of Digital Transformation and Support Functions at Kross S.A., joined the Board of Escola S.A., taking on the role of Vice President.

On March 1, Dr. Maciej Madziński became vice-president of the technology company Escola S.A. He will be responsible for the implementation of the company's comprehensive development strategy. Changes in the management board strengthen the increase in the basket of foreign orders, the process of preparing the company for its debut on NewConnect and the expansion of the company's two main segments: software house services and creating its own digital products.

Escola S.A., a Polish technology company, has for the first time been included in the prestigious Financial Times FT 1000 - Europe's Fastest Growing Companies 2023 ranking. Escola ranked 171st in the overall ranking of European companies and 28th among IT/Software companies in Europe. Out of 49 Polish companies, 26 are from the IT/Software sector.

Escola Capital Group S.A., one of the leading web and mobile solution providers and e-learning solutions in Poland, has secured funding of PLN 1 million for the development of its proprietary e-learning platform Wellms. The new investor takes a stake in Escola LMS Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary dedicated to the development of the platform.

Escola S.A., one of the leading mobile and web application development companies in Poland, has presented its financial results for 2022. Escola S.A. Group generated consolidated revenues of PLN 16.9 million in the period under review, an increase of 65 per cent compared to 2021. A total of 30.6 per cent of the company's revenue mix in 2022 consisted of USD and EUR orders. The company invested a significant amount of capital in the expansion of the group through venture building.
